Announcing an Online Owner Portal and Mobile App!
It is finally here! We have integrated new software for our daily operational needs and with that, presents an opportunity for you to access your Owner Portal or Mobile App!
What exactly does this all mean? It means convenience for you as a pet owner. With your online and mobile app access, you are able to have one place to keep track of your pet's important needs, schedules, documents, pictures, report cards, communication, health records and more! You will be able to make and modify reservations for boarding, daycare and grooming easily.
With a dedicated app for iOS and Android alike, you will have the option to be able to schedule all of your core services, upload files to their account, purchase packages, and more. Another nice feature is the "On My Way" tool. This allows you to notify us that you are on the way to our facility in case you would like to request curbside services or would just like to make sure your fur baby and belongings are ready to go when you arrive.
We will be sending out a specific email with instructions and links to help you quickly start customizing and utilizing your very own account in the next week or two. We are more than happy to help you set up your account should you prefer the extra assistance.
Prefer to just call us the old-fashioned way? No problem! Whatever makes your life easier is the ultimate goal.
Tail Wagger of the Month
Our Tail Wagger of the Month is none other than Pinky! Pinky is a 7 month old Blue Harlequin Great Dane puppy who is full of big, slobbery kisses.
Don't let Pinky's age fool you! She is no small puppy by any means. Topping in at already nearly 100 lbs., she tries her best to figure out just exactly what her body is capable of as she grows. Coordination might not be her strength yet, but her power doses of pure love and funny mannerisms make up for it!
Pinky's favorite activity by far, while visiting with us, is getting the zoomies around the 1/2 acre play yard!

Happy Holidays! Can you believe we are only 2-3 months away from Thanksgiving and Christmas?! Time sure is flying by fast! 2021 has proven that people are ready to vacation, travel and be with loved ones again. This means that we are most definitely filling up quickly and wouldn't want you to miss the opportunity for your pet to vacation with us.
Thanksgiving guests will receive a canine version of a hearty Thanksgiving Day meal to enjoy!
Christmas guests will receive a special edible treat from Santa Paws to dive into!
